Adviser Content Survey Results

Each year, Panacea conducts a comprehensive content survey within its community. Our most recent survey from November 2023 was completed by 93 individuals. 

Thank you to all those that took time to recently complete our Content survey and congratulations to the winner of our prize draw, Amanda Stanway from Pace Ward Financial Solutions Ltd who has won a half case of English Fizz!

We have shared the results of the content with our 35+ Provider Partners as better understanding of preferences and interests facilitates the creation of more resonant content. The gathered insights survey results unveil can identify emerging trends, enabling innovation and ensuring that content remains relevant and appealing, thus creating a more impactful and meaningful interaction with our community.

Top level results were as follows:

  • The survey indicated a positive reception of the Bento Bulletin, with 90% of recipients believing it offers convenient access to diverse content and simplifying inbox management. 
  • Its diverse content stands out compared to other digital media (81%). Whilst respondents also valued the layout (35%) and the quality of content (42%).
  • 61% would recommend Panacea's Bento bulletins to colleagues, whilst 29% would potentially.
  • 55% of advisers prioritise articles with clear benefits.
  • 48% were attracted to an engaging heading and 71% read an article based on its headline.
  • 45% select articles to read based on relevance.
  • The preferred styles are shorter articles, slides, and webinars.
  • Regulatory updates (55%), CPD accredited articles (58%), and new tools and calculators (52%) are the most positively-received content categories.
