FCA remote working arrangements, are they working for you?
Sonia Rich noted in an FCA update of October 11th that firms will be required to prove that their remote working policies do not or are unlikely to cause detriment to consumers, damage the integrity of the market, increase the risk of financial crime and reduce competition.
Group think seems a very popular phrase at the moment, and this could be a classic case of regulators regulating by séance medium.
We thought it could be quite productive to ask you a few questions about your dealings with the FCA while they have also been working remotely.
