Fidelity makes myfuture member magazine available on apple newsstand
Fidelity Worldwide Investment has become one of the first DC providers to make its member magazine available on the Apple Newsstand. The myfuture magazine can be accessed free via the iTunes store for both iPhone and iPad.
Fidelity's myfuture, is aimed at members of Fidelity-run pension schemes and offers a wealth of information around finances and pensions. The magazine is published twice a year and focuses on giving readers useful facts to simplify investing, pensions and retirement.
Julian Webb, Fidelity’s Head of DC & Workplace Savings, said: “The increasing move to mobile underlines a need for DC providers to offer their members this service. Making myfuture available via Apple Newsstand will enable our members to access advice and information about investing and retirement on an anytime, anywhere basis.”
In the latest edition of myfuture Fidelity encourages members to take stock of their retirement planning. It contains a special report on taking care of pension accounts to help members get started. Other topics include journalist Cherry Reynard tackling the pensions versus property debate, and a case study on why thinking about investments is an important step for members in taking care of their pension account.
The app requires iOS 6.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The app is optimized for iPhone 5.
