FundsNetwork selects bravura solutions to support platform investment programme

FundsNetwork™ has selected software provider Bravura Solutions (Bravura) to support part of its multi-year, multi million pound investment programme, aimed at enhancing the platform for advisers and their clients.

FundsNetwork will use Bravura’s Sonata administration system to support the platform as it extends and integrates the range of investment products and tax wrappers that it offers, including brokerage, full cash management and additional tax wrappers.

Pat Shea, head of FundsNetwork, comments: “Last year we announced our intention to launch a multi-year investment programme to enhance the platform and deliver new products and services. Since then, we have launched over 1,900 clean share classes, enhanced the FundsNetwork Navigator managed service and launched a new pension in response to feedback we gathered from our adviser community.

“This new venture with Bravura is the next step within this investment programme and we are looking forward to working with the firm to help us meet the needs of both advisers and their clients.”

Tony Klim, CEO of Bravura, said: “As one of the largest platforms in the UK, this contract is a significant milestone for Bravura and our Sonata solution. Modern technology is increasingly playing a pivotal role as platforms focus on operational efficiencies and profitable growth. Sonata will help FundsNetwork deliver the agility it needs to respond to the changing requirements of advisers and investors.”
