Scottish Widows: We know how important excellent service is to you

We’ve always focussed on delivering excellent service. So we were delighted to be awarded a 5-star service award last year at the Financial Adviser Service Awards. Now we want to build on this success.

Over the past year we’ve delivered a number of key eService improvements to make it easier for you to do business with us. These improvements have included:

 

  • a complete redevelopment of our new business capability for the

Retirement Account.

  • updates to IFA back office systems i.e. a single back office valuation

feed, combining heritage feeds from Clerical Medical and Scottish

Widows.

  • the introduction of online commission statements – giving you

access to 13 months of previous statements.

the launch of our online Pensions Comparison Tool.
