MyTouchstone: Workload and Equifax Launch First Joint Venture Product

Workload is delighted to announce Single Adviser View - our first new product launch since being acquired by Equifax earlier this year. A collaboration combining the best from Workload and Equifax, Single Adviser View brings to the UK for the very first time, a unique tracking and matching capability which will completely transform the quality of your IFA contact data.

Over the last two years, Workload has invested heavily to create a consolidated Touchstone database which precisely tracks how advisers have moved and changed jobs since we began tracking them 17 years ago. Now integrated with our Touchstone Connect and MyTouchstone databases, it identifies exactly where these advisers work today. The result is a unique dataset which holds the past and the present view of a whole industry of independent financial advisers.

And now, with the introduction of Equifax match technology, we are able to fully leverage this high-value data resource in ways never before possible.

For the first time, and exclusively within the Single Adviser View product, you can now access world leading match algorithms which allow us to replace and replenish your contact data with the most accurate and up-to-date market information available in the UK today.

Mark Hamill, Workload’s Director of Strategy explains. “There is generally a fair amount of migration in any commercial data set, but it is particularly evident in the IFA sector as a consequence of the RDR. Single Adviser View will not only allow our clients to keep track of these changes, but will also help them to communicate effectively with their IFAs at a time when they need it most”.
