Are factsheets still fit for purpose?

The first wave of results from our adviser survey is in, and they reveal some striking insights about how advisers really use fund factsheets.  One respondent summed up the challenge: “Factsheets often contain out-of-date data, yet we’re berated for excluding them from client files.”

That frustration highlights a wider issue. 80% of advisers still manually download PDFs from fund or platform websites, while only 27% receive them automatically via systems like Intelliflo. Nearly nine in ten send factsheets alongside client proposals, but most say they need them to be clearer, more consistent, and more current.
