Real Estate can play a hugely significant role in diversified strategies and can offer some exposure to inflation linked returns. Joining Adrian will be Ciaran Mulligan, Head of Investment Manager Oversight at T&IO.
In this interactive session, Adrian and Ciaran will discuss T&IO’s approach to Real Estate, taking a deeper dive in to some of the assets that make up the portfolio, how they’re developed and managed on an ongoing basis. Essentially, you’ll get to hear what active management in Real Estate is all about, using examples like Leadenhall in the UK and Compass One in Singapore to bring it to life.
