This week, many lenders have been increasing their rates while withdrawing and refreshing their product ranges. Following the Bank of England base rate increase, within the following few days we will see lenders begin to increase their variable rates and tracker rates. Buckinghamshire Building Society have launched a new product to make the Buy-to-Let market more accessible for borrowers with non-standard credit.
