Training on the Aviva Platform

The upgraded Aviva Platform will be highly intuitive and user friendly. But to help you use the new system with confidence, we've developed a suite of training materials to walk you through the key processes and answer your questions.

We'll release this material several weeks before the platform migration later this year. You'll find a range of materials, including a pre-recorded webex preparing you for the migration, eight video journeys and an interactive user guide.

As always, our Aviva team will be on hand to support you throughout the process. We'll be in touch shortly with more detailed information on the training support you and your firm will receive.

For more information on why we've chosen to upgrade our Aviva Platform, please visit our platform migration hub

In fact, many of them are exactly the kinds of goals financial planners help clients work towards every day.
